The Manage Reusable Attributes window allows you to create and edit a reusable attribute definition that can be used throughout Windchill, typically in classification or on types.

Attributes created using the Manage Reusable Attributes window, known as reusable attributes, can be used by all Windchill objects and classes. The Manage Reusable Attributes window maintains the reusable attribute set as a list of attributes that is independent of any real objects or object classes that use the attributes. Reusable attributes are added to types as global attributes.

To access the Manage Reusable Attributes window, click Manage Reusable Attributes in the navigation pane on the left of the Type and Attribute Management utility. Within the Manage Reusable Attributes window, attributes are organized in the navigation pane using attribute organizers. The sole purpose of attribute organizers is to group the reusable attributes.
