Security Labels and Meetings
Security labels can be set on meetings during meeting creation and can later be changed using the Edit Security Labels action from the actions menu for the meeting.
The security labels set for a meeting restrict who can view the meeting in Windchill, but do not impact who can be added to the meeting. All participants added to the meeting receive the meeting notification email, regardless of whether they are authorized for the security labels set on the meeting. Only participants who are authorized for the meeting's security labels, however, can view the meeting object and information within Windchill.
Changing the security label settings on the meeting after participants have been added may change which participants can view the meeting object in Windchill, but does not change the meeting participants.
