Benefit
Administrators can specify to whom you want to share the view with, based on organization or context. This improves the usability of finding the appropriate table view, by displaying table views that are relevant to a user’s organization or context.
Additional Details
If you are a Site, Organization or Product/Library/Project administrator, the Share with check box may appear provide you with additional controls to decide with whom the view is shared:
• All Users: All users.
• Members of organization: Users who have read-only access to this organization.
• Members of context: Users having read-only access to that context while viewing that context.
