Managing User License Entitlements

Administrators are required to add users to the respective license group in order to entitle the users to a license. The license profile settings are extended to users by adding them to the license group. This allow users to access and use Windchill features based on the license definition. To identify the set of features available per license, navigate to Site

> Profiles to view the description of license profiles.

Users can access Windchill only if they are added to the license group associated with the license that has been purchased for them.
