Projects or Programs Table
To view a list of all projects or programs to which you have access, open the
Navigator Overview and select > or > . The
Projects or
Programs table appears.
| By default, programs are hidden from view. Contact your administrator to access programs in the Navigator. |
From this table you can do the following:
• If you have create permission, you can create a new project or program by clicking the new project icon
on the
Projects table toolbar or the new program icon
on the
Programs table toolbar.
• View the contents in the
folders of a project or program by clicking the view information icon
.
• Perform actions on the individual projects or programs by right-clicking in the table row. For descriptions of these actions, see
Project or Program Actions.
• Filter the projects or programs that display in the table by selecting an option from the
View drop-down list. You can also find and sort objects in the table. For more information on these capabilities, see
Personalizing Tables.
• Add projects or programs as your favorites. Select the checkbox for the project or program and then click the add to favorites icon
from the toolbar. Only those projects or programs that you select as your favorites will appear when you select
Favorites from the
View drop-down list.
