Library Information Page
A library provides a place for storing and providing access to objects. Libraries correspond to your company's organization and processes. For more information on libraries, see About Libraries.
The library information page is a collection point for information related to the library. The information page of a library is accessed by selecting Libraries > Details from the Navigator.
From the information page, you can perform actions as well as view the attributes and any related information for the library.
For an overview of information page functionality, see About Information Pages.
Actions
Information pages contain a list of applicable actions in a menu just below the object identification line. For more information, see Library Actions.
Tabs
On library information pages, the Details tab is available.
*
Administrators may have modified the tabs that are viewable to you. You can also customize the tabs that appear on each information page to display the information most useful to you. For more information, see Customizing Information Page Tabs.
Under the Details tab you can view and edit the library attributes. The following attributes may be of particular interest for libraries:

Description
Type

If Yes, then access is restricted to use only the access control policies that are defined within the library context being created; any public access policy rules written at the organization level are not inherited by the library.
If No, then the library is accessible based on the access control policies that are defined for the library context and those inherited access control policies defined in the parent context.
See your administrator for more information on access control.
Template
The template selected when the library was created.
