Comparing Object or Version Information

The Compare Information action enables you to compare two or more objects or versions (also called revisions) of an object.

To compare object or versions:

1. From the information page of an object, select Actions > Compare > Compare Information. The Find Object window opens.

If you want to compare objects or versions that are displayed in the same table, you can skip steps 1 and 2 by selecting two or more objects or versions in the table and then clicking the compare information icon

2. Search for the objects that you want to compare, select them, and then click OK.

The Comparison Options window opens.

3. Select the options that you want to compare and then click OK.

The Comparison Report appears. For details, see Comparison Report.
