Change Baseline Report
The Change Baseline report summarizes the change history and any anticipated changes to a released product.
The Change Baseline Report window shows the identification of the object about which the report is generated, the structure of the object, and allows you export the report to the following types of files: CSV, HTML, PDF, TEXT, XLS. XLSX. XLSX Report, and XML.
Objects included in the report include parts and associated documents.
Columns of particular interest in the Change Baseline report include the following:
Column Name
Description
Authorization
The change notice that authorized the change and the resolution date if released. If there is no change notice, the promotion request or the user who created the revision is displayed.
Action
Indicates the action that will be performed on the immediate predecessor revision. Actions include Add, Delete, and Revise.
Planned Authorization
The change notice that authorizes the change in the immediate predecessor revision. If there is no change notice, the promotion request or the user who created the revision is displayed.
