Removing Objects from the Workspace
To remove an object from a workspace:
1. Select an object that you want to remove from the workspace.
2. Select > or click the remove icon
in the toolbar. The
Remove from Workspace page appears, displaying your initially selected objects in a table listing.
3. You can customize your view of objects in the
Object List table using
Windchill table features.

You can collect, remove, include, or exclude objects for the Remove action using the advanced mode of the collection user interface, which includes options to set a configuration specification. The basic collection mode is not available for this action. which includes options to set a configuration specification. For more information, see

5. Optionally, click the reset icon
to revert the
Object List to listing the objects it contained upon initiation of the action.
6. In an active workspace (using an embedded browser in a CAD application session), you can select Erase object(s) from CAD Application session.
7. Click OK at the bottom of the Remove from Workspace page.
The selected objects are removed from your workspace.
| If you remove a checked-out object from your workspace, the check-out is undone, and any modifications made to the object are lost. Any local modification is lost. Also, removed objects are erased from your CAD session (Windchill PDMLink, Windchill ProjectLink, or Pro/INTRALINK). |
