Country Codes
A country code is commonly a two-character code that represents the name of country and its subdivision.
Country code support in shipped S1000D product and library templates conforms to ISO standard ISO 3166-1: Code for the representation of names of countries and their subdivisions - Part 1: Country codes (Issue/Version 2006, 2007, 2008).
To add a new country code to a look-up library:
1. In the Navigator pane, click the Recent Libraries button, and then View All.
The Libraries window is displayed.
2. Click the appropriate S1000D Look-Up Library library.
The folder view of the look-up library is displayed.
3. Open the Country Codes folder.
4. Select Country Codes.
The Country Codes object is displayed.
5. Click the Structures tab.
6. Select the Country Codes root node, and then select Insert > Insert New from the context menu.
The New Part dialog box is displayed. Note that Type is Country Code Type.
7. Add the country code name and description
8. Click Finish.
9. The new code is added under the Country Codes structure root node.
