New DMs include an individual workflow for certain lifecycle states. Existing DMs are part of a single monolithic workflow unless their lifecycles are reassigned.
State-based Workflows for Data Modules
Individual workflow templates for certain life cycle states are provided for a DM:
Pending state: S1000D DM Pending Workflow
Work in Progress state: S1000D DM Work In Progress Workflow
Verification Required state: S1000D DM Verification Required Workflow
Issue Required state: S1000D DM Issue Required Workflow
For more information, see S1000D Workflows.
These can be managed and versioned individually.
For general information about workflow administration, see Workflow Administration.
