If the Windchill Toolbar is Grayed Out
If the Windchill Workgroup Manager client is slow to startup, then the Windchill toolbar buttons will be grayed out in the active Arbortext IsoDraw session.
The launch of the Windchill Workgroup Manager client depends upon connection to the Windchill Server.
Possible reasons for encountering this problem:
• It may occur following a reboot of the client machine,
• It may occur when the Windchill Workgroup Manager client is started for the first time, or if it is slow to launch.
• It may occur when the Arbortext IsoDraw application launches.
Perform the following procedure if the Windchill Toolbar is grayed out in an active Arbortext IsoDraw session.
1. Wait for the Windchill Workgroup Manager client to fully initialize.

2. Exit Arbortext IsoDraw.
3. Restart Arbortext IsoDraw.
