When your administrator has updated your Windchill server to the latest release, you are asked to upgrade your legacy team designs to ensure software compatibility. The design upgrade process is automatic and is launched with your confirmation the next time you check your design into Windchill. Once the upgrade process is complete, it is advisable to refresh the Cadence Team Design Option dashboard. The following figure shows the warning message that is presented when you attempt to check a legacy design into Windchill.
