Disabling the Business Administrative Change Promotion Utility
Run the following command to disable the business administrative change promotion utility:
xconfmanager -s BAC.Enabled=false -t <Windchill>\codebase\wt.properties -p
Where <Windchill> is the installed location of your Windchill solution.
Restart the method server for the change to take effect.
