Set Publication State
To set the state of the publication:
1. Navigate to the information page for the publication structure.
2. Select Set State from the Actions menu.
The Set State dialog box is displayed.

The publication structure must be checked in.

3. Select the required state from the States pull-down list.
4. Click OK.
The state of the publication is changed, and is displayed at the top right of the publication pane.
