View Allocated Tasks
To view tasks allocated to the current user:
1. In Arbortext Editor, select > .
The Tasks dialog box is displayed.
2. Click Search.
A list of all available data modules is displayed.

You can filter the resulting list of data modules by entering criteria against the appropriate filter in the Filters section.
You can restrict the resulting list by entering wildcards (* for multiple characters, and ? for single characters) and partial data module names. For example:
• *BIKE* in the Model Identification Code field for the particular products.
• *52* in the Information Code field to identify a particular data module type.

3. To open the data module task to view only, select the appropriate task and click View.
The data module is opened in the current Arbortext Editor session.
4. To open the data module task to edit, select the appropriate task and click Edit.
The data module is opened in the current Arbortext Editor session.
5. Click Close to close the Tasks dialog box.
