PTC Zuken PDM Adapter (ZPA) Usage
The ZPA Runtime Customized Installer is based on the PTC Zuken PDM Adapter, and can be installed from the Creo View ECAD Adapters CD.

The ZPA Runtime Customized Installer is packaged with PTC Creo View 3.1 and Creo View Client CDs.

Supported Zuken Tools
The ZPA Runtime Customized Installer is created using the ZPA Runtime Installer 5.0 and it supports the following Zuken Tool versions:
• Zuken CR5000 Board Designer 13.0/14.0/15.0/16.0/17.0
• Zuken CR5000 System Designer, Rev.13.0/14.0/15.0/16.0/17.0
• Zuken CR8000 Design Force/DFM Elements 2014.1/2015
• Zuken CR8000 Design Gateway, Rev. 8.0/2012.0/2013.0/2014.0/2015
Limitations
The following limitations apply when using ZPA:
• It is supported only with 32-bit Java.
• It supports libraries whose path is relative. It does not support libraries whose path is absolute or defined by an environment variable.
• Changing the preference during Windchill Workgroup Manager client run will take effect only on the next Windchill Workgroup Manager start. This is done in order to prevent data corruption which can be caused by using different algorithms in the same run.
• It is not recommended to maintain ZPA and non-ZPA designs in the same workspace.
• To improve performance with ZPA, do not use the same workspace for multiple designs.
