Before working with PDM Actions, ensure that the following requirements have been completed:

1. The Windchill Workgroup Manager client for Creo Illustrate must be installed and configured on your machine to access and perform PDM Actions from within Creo Illustrate and from the Windchill Workgroup Manager client.

2. If you want to add, edit, and delete illustrations in a Parts List, or add, edit, and delete illustrations in the Windchill Service Parts active workspace or commonspace, ensure that Windchill Service Information Manager and Windchill Service Parts are installed.
