Once you have enabled design management, added additional team members to a project, or assigned/reassigned subdesigns to team members, you must notify the team members to invite them to join the project and begin their design work. Additionally, the project URL must be communicated to all team members, so that they can easily access the shared project folder on the Windchill server as needed.
