Audit Template Information Page
An audit template provides a starting point for creating an audit from standardized text. Audit templates can be modified to communicate important information about an audit.
The audit template information page is a collection point for information related to the audit template, and is accessed by clicking View Information in the right-click actions menu for the audit template on the Templates table.
From the information page, you can perform actions on an audit template, as well as view the object attributes and any related details.
Actions
The audit template information page contains a list of applicable actions in a menu in the upper left corner of the page. See Actions for a list of common actions available in Windchill. The availability of these actions depends on the status of the audit template, as well as your access to it.

Description
Rename
Allows you to modify the name and number of the audit template.
Edit Audit Template
Opens the Edit Audit Template wizard where you can edit the template attributes and related details.
Set State
Allows to set the audit lifecycle state to In Work, Released or Canceled. For more information, see Setting the State of an Object.
Undo Reservation
When this action is enabled, it indicates that another user has the object reserved for modification. You can use this action to manually revoke their reservation and allow another user to modify the object.
A confirmation message appears with details about the user and the action they are performing.

This action is only available to site and organization administrators.
Tabs
The following tabs are viewable on the audit template information page. You can customize the tabs that appear on each object information page to display the information most useful to you. For more information, see Customizing Information Page Tabs.

Details
Displays the following attributes for the audit template:
• Object attributes that are commonly available in Windchill.
• A complete view of the audit template content.
Routing/Process History
Displays information about the Routing and history of the audit template object, such as when the audit template has been modified.
The following details may appear on the Routing/Process History tab:
• Name
• Version
• Status
• Initiated By
• Date Started
• Date Completed
