You can replace or substitute manufacturer and vendor parts in the Product Structure Explorer just like you would regular parts. From the Uses tab, you can select a manufacturer or vendor part in the product structure and replace it with another manufacturer or vendor part by using Replace with Existing. Similarly, you can use Replace with Existing from the Replacements tab.

When working in the Uses or Replacements tab, you can use Copy and Paste. You can also drag a manufacturer or vendor part within the Product Structure Explorer.
