Information Page for Plant-specific Functional Data

The information page of a plant-specific functional data object displays details of the object and lets you perform actions on the object. For an overview of information page functionality, see About Information Pages.

The Actions menu located in the upper left of the page contains a list of applicable actions. See Common Actions for a list of common actions available for the objects in Windchill. The availability of these actions depends on the status of the plant-specific functional data and your access to the data. For more information on status indicators, see Object Status.

Only those users who are a member of the PTC MPMLink Module License, PTC Manufacturing License, or PTC BOM Transformation License profile have access to the following actions:

• Check In

• Check Out

• Check Out and Edit

• Undo Checkout

• Edit

• Revise

• Set State

• New > New Promotion Request

All users can access other actions on the menu.

The following tabs appear on the information page of plant-specific functional data. You can customize the tabs appearing on the page to display information that is useful to you. For more information, see Customizing Information Page Tabs.

Tab	Description
Details	The Details tab displays the attributes of an object. For a list of common attributes available in Windchill, see Object Attributes. For more information on the General tab, see General Information Tables.
Changes	The Changes tab displays change objects related to the selected plant-specific functional data. You can view the following tables on this tab: • Issues and Variances • Change Requests • Affected by Change Notices • Resulting from Change Notices For more information on this tab, see Change Information Tables.
History	The History tab lets you view the entire process of the object through its workflow states. The tab displays the following tables: • Version History • Timeline History For more information on this tab, see History Information Tables.
