Open in New Advanced Assembly Editor

Data Management Capabilities > Managing Part Structures > Advanced Assembly Editor Overview > Adding, Removing, or Copying Available Assemblies > Open in New Advanced Assembly Editor

Any assembly that appears in the Available Assemblies pane can be opened in a separate Advanced Assembly Editor session. This action is useful for narrowing the selection of product structures to be edited without losing those that have been previously selected and displayed. Select the assembly to open and click the open in new advanced assembly editor icon

You can also open a selected assembly in a new Advanced Assembly Editor session using the right-click menu. Right-click a row in the Available Assemblies pane and select Open in Advanced Assembly Editor.
