Mark Test Session Complete
• After you enter results for a Test Session, you may want to make them available to the related Test Objectives. This is accomplished by marking the Test Session as Complete.
• Test Sessions are items with a defined workflow: Submit, In Testing and Complete. Only results from Completed sessions will by default roll up and be visible at the Test Objective, Test Plan and Project level. This is a configurable option by your Administrator. This ensures that testing activities that are In Progress and are not yet finalized do not cause the project level testing metrics to fluctuate significantly.
• A Test Session may be marked as Complete by selecting the State from the drop down in the top right corner in the Test Result Editor.
Alternatively, you can modify the State by editing the Test Session item from an Items view.
