You can copy content within the same document or between documents using standard GUI copy-and-paste operations.

If your administrator has configured your ViewSet appropriately, you can copy content between different documents of the same type using the Paste Special action.

You can copy content from a versioned document and paste that content into a new document. However, subdocuments cannot be copied from a versioned document and pasted into a new document. Similarly, content items that contain subdocuments as children cannot be copied from a versioned document and pasted into a new document.
