To add a bookmark (GUI only)
1. From the Document view, highlight the text or image you want bookmarked.
2. From the Insert list in the rich content toolbar, select Bookmark.
3. In the Name field, type a unique name for the bookmark.
If you highlighted text in the rich content field, any unpermitted characters in the selection are automatically removed from the text in the Name field. For example, if you highlighted Engineering Process in the rich content field, the Name field displays EngineeringProcess.
4. From the Display list, choose how to represent the bookmark in the rich content field:
Text represents the bookmark as text.
If you highlighted text in the rich content field, the text displays in the Label field and no action is necessary. For example, if you highlighted Engineering Process in the rich content field, the Label field indicates that the bookmark is represented by the highlighted text Engineering Process in the rich content field.

Overwriting the existing text label replaces the highlighted text in the rich content field.
Attachment Image represents the bookmark as an image attachment in the current item.
If you highlighted an image in the rich content field, the Name field is empty and the Label field displays Attachment Image and the name of the attachment image, for example, Attachments: EngineeringProcessDiagram.png.
In the Name field, type a unique name for the bookmark.
If you did not highlight an image in the rich content field and want to specify one to represent the bookmark, select Attachment Image and click Browse to locate the image.
URL Image represents the bookmark as an image attachment in the current item that is referenced by a URL.
If you highlighted an image in the rich content field, the Name field is empty and the Label field displays URL Image and the URL of the image, for example, http://www.abcFinancial/processes/EngineeringProcessDiagram.png.
In the Name field, type a unique name for the bookmark.
If you did not highlight an image in the rich content field and want to specify one to represent the bookmark, select URL Image and click Browse to locate the image.
5. To add the bookmark, click OK.

The bookmark icon is displayed with the bookmarked text, which is displayed in the edit mode only.
