Server Stability and Throughput Improvements for Data Transfer
• Optimized Buffer Sizes: Default data transfer buffer sizes have been optimized for better throughput.
• Critical RMI/API Handling: Special handling of RMI/APIs ensures connectivity between server, proxy, and client during peak usage hours and large data priming.
• Default Throttling Configuration: Supports FSA deployments with IM and SI servers at the main site/data center, and proxy servers at remote sites in different regions.
For more information, see Updated Properties for PTC RV&S 13.3.0.3 and Later Versions and refer to the PTC RV&S Throttling Support chapter in the PTC RV&S 13.3.0.0 System Guidelines.

Service Pack Policy Updates
The default setting for the property mksis.servicepack.disconnectLessThanMinClientVersion has been set to true. With this default setting the server forcibly disconnects all connected clients whose versions are lower than the one specified by the mksis.servicepack.minClientBase policy.
For more information, see Service Pack Policies.

Connection Rate Limiting Policy
Introduction of a new property mksis.incomingRMIconnections.rate to restrict the number of incoming RMI connections to the server during brief network outages or surges in connection requests for enhanced server responsiveness and stability.
For more information on the new property, see Updated Properties for PTC RV&S 13.3.0.3 and Later Versions.
