Synopsis
aa connect [--hostname=server] [--port=number] [--password=password] [--user=name] [(-?|--usage)] [(-N|--no)] [(-Y|--yes)] [--[no]batch] [--cwd=directory] [(-F file|--selectionFile=file)] [--forceConfirm=[yes|no]] [(-g|--gui)] [--quiet] [--settingsUI=[gui|default]] [--status=[none|gui|default]]
Description
aa connect establishes a connection to a PTC RV&S Server host. Most commands implicitly connect to the host, this does so explicitly. In fact, all the other aa commands call aa connect to establish the connection. The client supports multiple connections to multiple servers. You can use aa disconnect to disconnect from a PTC RV&S Server host. For example:
aa connect --hostname=abcFinancial --port=7001 --user=jriley --password=jriley
connects to the abcFinancial server, logged in as jriley.
