Refreshing User Cache
The GUI may not display all changes to PTC RV&S users, if there are changes to the users in the underlying realm, because the PTC RV&S server does not automatically refresh its cache. You can refresh the user cache by performing the following:
To refresh the user cache from the PTC RV&S Administration Client, right click the Workflows and Documents node, and then select Refresh User and Group Cache.
