Finding Your PTC RV&S Customer Number
When contacting PTC Technical Support, you may be asked for your PTC RV&S customer number. To find your customer number, open a Web browser and, in the location or address field, type the URL of the PTC RV&S server, and press ENTER. Your customer number displays near the bottom of the PTC RV&S landing page.

In previous releases of PTC RV&S, the term serial number was used in place of the term customer number.
