A service pack is a collection of updates installed on the Windchill RV&S server and/or Client Windchill RV&S. Service pack updates can include new features, product integrations, changes to address known issues, and/or changes from previously-released product HotFixes.

HotFixes are typically individual product updates that address a specific behavior. HotFixes can apply to the Windchill RV&S server and the client.
