Test Results Tab
The Test Results tab displays the following information for the selected test case:
• Test Details
• Additional Result Fields
• Verdict
• Annotation
The values displayed in the test details fields are based on the As of Date of the test session. If no As Of Date has been set for the Test Session, the values displayed are as of the current date.
The administrator defines the fields under Additional Result Fields for the test result type. These fields are not visible if the administrator has not added them to the test result type. You can edit the additional test results fields, the verdict, and annotation only under the following conditions:
• You have the required permissions
• The test session is in a state that allows editing of the test results.
Select the Copy from Previous Row to reuse additional test result fields values from the previous test case result into the current test case.
Consider the following when using the Copy from Previous Row option
• The option is not available if the Test Session is in a state that does not allow editing of test case results.
• The option is disabled in the following scenarios:
◦ The current test case is the first test case in the Test Case Structure pane.
◦ Filters are applied on the test cases in the Test Case Structure pane.
• The additional results fields values are overwritten by the values of the previous test case. If some of the additional results fields in the previous test case do not have any value, the values of the corresponding fields in the current test case are also lost.
• If the previous test case is a non-meaningful node, the Copy from Previous Row option, though available, is not applicable.
• The option always copies the values of the previous visible test case in the Test Case Structure pane. If the previous test case is a parent node and is not expanded, then the option copies values of the visible parent test case and not of its last child node.
• If you edit any additional result field in the current test case result and then select the Copy from Previous Row option, the edited values are replaced with values of the previous test case.
