Related Items Tab
The Related Items tab displays the Items for the current test session table that contains related items for the test case result. You can add or create related items for the test results. For more information see, Adding a Related Item to a Test Case Result and Creating a Related Item for a Test Case Result.
The hyperlink Click here to see the list of Items from other test sessions displays a table with related items from other test sessions.

to add more columns to the Items for the current test session and the Items from other test session tables. After you change the column configuration for the tables, the changed configuration is retained for all future sessions.
