DocStudio Header
The DocStudio header includes the Item ID and the type of the document. The header has the following components:
Item ID: Displayed in the top-left corner of the header area along with the Item Info overlay. For details, see Item Info Overlay.
Type of item: Displayed next to the Item ID along with a . Click the to know more about the Item type.
Summary of the item: Displayed below the Item ID. It is the value of the field in the item that is provided for the MKS.ItemTitleField property of that item type.

Only Short Text fields are supported for the MKS.ItemTitleField property.
The Add to Favorites icon : Displayed on the right side of the header area. Click this icon to add the current document to the Favorite Items table on the Refreshed Web Interface Home page. For more information, see Working with Favorite Items.
Edit: Displayed on the right side of the header area.
Vertical ellipsis : Displayed next to Edit. The following options are available under the vertical ellipsis:
Create: Create branches, versions, and to baseline a document. For more information, see Creating Branches and Version and Baselining a Document.
Copy Document: Create a copy of the current document. For more information, see Creating a Document Copy.
Column Manager: Configure the columns to display and change their order in DocStudio. For more information, see Configuring Columns in DocStudio.
Open in Relationship View: Open the item in the Relationship Viewer. the Relationship Viewer enables you view relationships for one or more items in a tree structure. For more information, see About the Relationship Viewer.
Auto Apply: When enabled, the changes are applied automatically to the recently edited row after you click any other row within the content pane. This option is disabled by default.
AutoFit Row Height: When enabled, it reloads the content pane and adjusts the row height automatically after you make changes to any of the fields. This option is disabled by default.

Use the slider to enable or disable the Auto Apply and AutoFit Row Height options. indicates that the option is enabled and indicates that the option is disabled.
