When editing a document, DocStudio provides visual indicators in the first column. You can use these visual indicators to know about the edits in the document. Click in the OUTLINE pane to view the content legend for documents.

indicates that the item is new. The indicator disappears when you save the item.

indicates a moved item. The icon disappears when you save the document.

indicates that the item is modified but not saved. The indicator disappears when you save the item.

indicates that a mandatory field is empty. The indicator disappears after you enter a value in the mandatory field and save the item.
