Test Suites can be move to a Published state when they are considered complete and no further changes are required. Published represents a final state for the document, where no further edits to the content can be made and no further trace changes can be made.

The exact configuration of your document workflow and the business rules that apply are configured by your administrator. Once documents are in a Published state, there is usually an option to branch the document for any subsequent projects, as well as an option to move it back into a Draft or Restricted state should further document changes be required in the context of the associated project.
