My 360-degree View Tab
Administrator Details
At the top of the My 3600View tab, information about the administrator including Full Name, Username, Email ID, Status, and Description is shown.
The following additional details are available on this tab:
User Permissions
A list of allowed and denied permissions for the administrator on Workflow & Documents and Configuration Management are displayed. Allowed permission are indicated by icon and denied permissions are indicated by the icon. You can also filter the required permissions from the search results.
View Resolved Permissions
To view resolved permissions assigned to you for mainline, variant, and build projects or subprojects, do the following:
Scroll down the My 3600View and navigate to the area where you can view resolved permissions.
Select the Project or Subproject option.
Enter the configuration path for the project or subproject and click the Search icon. The configuration path and the list of permissions that are allowed or denied for the selected project are displayed.
To view resolved permissions assigned to you for a selected member, do the following:
Scroll down the My 3600View and navigate to the area where you can view resolved permissions.
Select the Member option.
Enter the configuration path for the project or subproject, and the exact member name and click the Search icon. The configuration path and the list of permissions that are allowed or denied for the selected member are displayed.

The View Resolved Permissions feature is available only for Configuration Management projects.
Group Membership
A list of Groups and Dynamic Groups that the administrator is a member of are displayed. Click the icon for the group whose details you want to view. A new dynamic tab opens with the group name highlighted. This tab contains the detailed information about the selected group or dynamic group. See the topic, Group Details View for more information.
Project Membership
Displays the type of membership you have for Workflow & Documents projects.
For Workflow & Documents projects, you can be an administrator, a member, or both. The icons for a project indicate the following:
: Indicates that you are a member for the project.
: Indicates that you are an administrator for the project.
: Indicates that you are both an administrator and a member for the project.
For Configuration Management projects, a list of all top-level projects is displayed.
History
Displays the historic entries for Workflow & Documents users, groups, and dynamic groups. The entries are grouped by date in the MMM DD, YYYY format. By default, the first date accordion is expanded.
You can do the following:
Sort: Click to sort the entries by date and time.
Filter by date: To filter the entries by:
Date range: Select the from-date and to-date.
A single date: Double-click the date.

To use this filter, there must be more than one historic entry.
Search content: Type a search phrase in the Filter box at the top to search the contents.
To find the occurrence of all the keywords used in the search phrase in the historical entries, use single or double quotes. For example, to search all entries having the phrase System Administrator, type “Administrator System” or ‘System Administrator’. If no quotes are used, then the historic entries with the keyword System or Administrator are shown.
Export content: Options to export the content in CSV, Excel or XML format are provided.
Click next to the date entry to export the content only for that specific date.
To export all entries in the history section, click at the top.
View change details — To view the change details, click an entry. Details including MODIFIED FIELD, CURRENT VALUE, and PREVIOUS VALUE are shown.
You can also view the date and time of the change, the full name and the user name of the user, who made the change.
