The GUI may not display all changes to Windchill RV&S users, if there are changes to the users in the underlying realm, because the Windchill RV&S server does not automatically refresh its cache. You can refresh the user cache by performing the following:

To refresh the user cache from the Windchill RV&S administration client, right click the Workflows and Documents node, and then select Refresh User and Group Cache.
