Rollback Process
The following outlines the service pack rollback process:
1. The rollback is executed on the server.
The server-side service pack is rolled back.
2. Each client connects to the server and is presented with the option to rollback. (If the client-side service pack level exceeds the maximum allowed, see “Rolling Back Client-side HotFix”.)
3. The individual user accepts the rollback and executes it for the Windchill RV&S client.
The client-side service pack is rolled back.
