To jump to the Outline pane	Press CTRL+ALT+O	Press CTRL+OPTION+O
To jump to the content pane	Press CTRL+ALT+K	Press CTRL+OPTION+K
To jump to the commenting pane	Press CTRL+ALT+R	Press CTRL+OPTION+R
To jump to the content node from the outline node	Press CTRL+ALT+J	Press CTRL+OPTION+J
To jump to the outline node from the content node	Press CTRL+ALT+I	Press CTRL+OPTION+I

You can also perform different actions in the content, Outline and commenting pane using shortcut keys from the keyboard as given in the table below. These action keys are same for PC and MAC.

To jump to the first row	Press CTRL + ↑
To jump to the last row	Press CTRL + ↓
To move to the first column of the selected row	Press CTRL + ←
To move to the last column of the selected row	Press CTRL + →
To scroll one page up	Page Up
To scroll one page down	Page Down
To go to the first cell of the first row	Home
To go to the last cell of the last row	END

To jump to the first node/cell	Press CTRL + ↑ or Home
To jump to the last node/cell	Press CTRL + ↓ or END
To scroll one page up	Page Up
To scroll one page down	Page Down
