If the Configuration Management file vault is not accessible, details are logged to WindchillRV&SServerInstallDir\log\FATAL.log.

To be notified of such events, you can configure e-mail notifications with a log level of FATAL in the mksis.logging.email.threshold property file. For more information on configuring e-mail notifications, see the topic “Setting Up E-mail Notifications”.
