To roll back a server-side service pack
1. Shut down the Windchill RV&S server, if running.
2. Run the following command:
PatchServer -rollback
The service pack is rolled back.
3. Restart the Windchill RV&S server.
Connecting clients are automatically instructed to roll back if the client-side service pack level exceeds the maximum allowed.
