Two permissions control how users work with e-mail notification: ModifyMyNotification and ViewMyNotification.

The predefined ModifyMyNotification permission allows users to change their personal notification preferences for Windchill RV&S. Denying this permission means the user cannot add personal preferences to any centrally configured e-mail notification settings. The ModifyMyNotification permission is set through the mks:im ACL. By default, the ModifyMyNotification permission is allowed in the everyone group.
