To create additional shared content fields in the Windchill RV&S administration client
1. From the Fields view, select Field > Create. The Create Field dialog box displays.
2. Create the new shared field, for example, Shared Requirement Field 2. The Data Type you select depends on the purpose of the field.
3. Create the FVA field, for example, Requirement Field 2.
Under the Values tab:
In the Name field, type Requirement Field 2.
In the Display Name field, Windchill RV&S automatically enters the same selected name. Display names are the field titles that users see when working with Windchill RV&S.
Select Field Value Attribute as the Data Type.
Select References as the Relationship.
Select Shared Requirement Field 2 as the Field.
Under the Editability tab:
Disable Never Editable to make the Shared Requirement 2 field editable.
Select Compare the value of a field with a constant, and set the Reference Mode!=Share.
Click Add. The new condition displays in the text box.

When you finish adding the new field, click OK.
4. From the Types view, edit the Shared Requirement Field 2 type.
Select the Visible Fields node, and add the Shared Requirement Field 2 to the visible field list.
To set the new field(s) as significant, click the Document Model node in the Edit Type dialog box for the type, and add the new fields to the Significant Edit Fields list.
When you finish, click OK.
5. From the Types view, edit the Requirement Node type.
Select the Visible Fields node and add the Requirement Field 2 to the visible field list.
Select the Document Model node and add Requirement Field 2 to the significant fields list.
When you finish, click OK.
