Finding Your Windchill RV&S Customer Number
When contacting PTC Technical Support, you may be asked for your Windchill RV&S customer number. To find your customer number, open a Web browser and, in the location or address field, type the URL of the Windchill RV&S server, and press ENTER. Your customer number appears near the bottom of the Windchill RV&S server home page.
