Saving and Printing a Report
When you select the type of report you want to generate, the report displays in your default browser allowing you to save or print the report. You can also manipulate report data in Microsoft Excel.

Save a report
With a report open in a browser window, select File > Save As (Internet Explorer) or File > Save Page As (Mozilla and Firefox).
Manipulate report data in Microsoft Excel
Open the saved report in Microsoft Excel.

If you are importing a CSV report, the context of fields in the report may require some manual configuration in Microsoft Excel.
You can now use Microsoft Excel’s report features, such as sorting and PivotTables, to manipulate the report data. You may save, export, or print the report data as with any other Excel table.
Print a report
With a report open in a browser window, select File > Print.
