Custom Fields Pre-Requisites
For project administrators to configure custom field definitions, a Windchill RV&S system administrator must use the Windchill RV&S administration client to do the following:
• Define a project backing item type
• Define visibility for the Custom Fields on the project backing item
• Define visibility for the Custom Field Values on item types
