When multiple occurrences of the same document are included within a document, only the first subdocument for this document ID shows as included. Subsequent inclusions show as if they are inserted. Additionally, cyclical relationship icons display on the subsequent inclusions.

Content is in the process of being saved. After content is saved, a new row displays after it. Rows are saved when a modification is made and you select a different context within the view. Blank rows are not saved.
