Summarizing Assumptions and Rules for Resynchronizing
Resynchronizing can result in the display of the following icons:
—Indicates an edit conflict or a delete conflict. You must resolve all conflicts. For more information, see Resolving Edit Conflicts After Resynchronizing and Resolving Delete Conflicts After Resynchronizing. The green conflict icon is used for both edit conflicts and delete conflicts when these conflicts have been resolved.
—Indicates an informational conflict. Although no action is required for nodes displaying an informational conflict icon, it is recommended that you read the messages associated with these nodes to see if you want to make further changes. However, reading these messages is not enforced. You can save or resynchronize again without reading them. For more information, see Reading Information Messages After Resynchronizing.
—Indicates that this node does not itself have an edit conflict, delete conflict, or informational conflict on it, but that a child node does. You can expand items with conflict navigation icons as necessary to find these children.
