The Open state is the only state you can add new entries to a change package. As part of the review workflow, change packages in the following states can be reopened: Entries in Sync, Rejected, and Discarded.

• Only a change package administrator can reopen a change package in the Closed state. Modifying closed change package contents can compromise the integrity of the server repository.

• A change package cannot be reopened if it has been propagated to another development path.

Interface	Procedure
GUI	Select the change package you want to reopen, and select Change Package > Reopen.
Web	From a Project or Member History view, click the change package ID. From the Change Package view, select Actions > Reopen.
